Big Wipes Distributor Hans Werner GmbH & Co and Big Wipes supplier Gerhard Spruegel GmbH took part in DACH+HOLZ International 2016, the established key trade fair for the entire roof and timber construction industry, in February 2016 in Stuttgart, Germany.
Nearly 50 000 visitors, including roofers, carpenters, architects and planners, housing societies, property developers, specialised tradespeople, scaffolders, roller shutter and blind producers, walked through the doors in search for products that would make their lives easier.
All the aforementioned tradespeople have to deal with grease and grime on a daily basis. They need to keep themselves and their work areas clean of fix and repair products including silicone sealants, paints, adhesives, PU foam and general dirt which can be hard to remove – unless they have Big Wipes to hand.
A spill or accidental leak of any material can lead to complaints, costly call backs or a delay in a job being signed off as complete which could all combine to impact on their reputation. The Big Wipes team demonstrated that Big Wipes can save workers thousands of pounds or euros in lost time by quickly clearing spills before they cause permanent damage and potential call backs. Visitors realised that Big Wipes are their first line of insurance against complaints, extra costs, spillages and even skin damage. Furthermore, when you take into account the potential cost of damage caused by spillages and leaks of building materials, using Big Wipes actually saves a company or tradesman more than they cost.
“The DACH+HOLZ International 2016 offered an incomparable look into the professional future and promoted the exchange between crafts with architects, housing industry and planners. Through this dialogue trust, ideas and new projects arise,” stated Dieter Dohr, CEO and President of GHM (Gesellschaft fuer Handwerksmessen mbH).
DACH+HOLZ International exhibitions are held every 2 years.
