For the second year running, BIG WIPES is an official partner of the Heating Installer Awards 2023 . This popular competition returns to once again search for the best installers in the UK.
How do I enter the 2023 Heating Installer Awards (HIA)?
The Heating Installer Awards competition is now open for entries (click this link) and is completely free to enter. Plumbers and Installers should nominate and submit a case study of a project that they are particular proud of. This project should demonstrate problem solving skills, clever and knowledgeable product selection, and exceptional results.
The awards will recognise one winner from every region in the UK. There will be three specialist category winners and one national winner. They will all receive prizes from an amazing bundle worth over £10,000! This includes a range of products (Big Wipes as well, of course) and money-can’t-buy prizes courtesy of the award’s sponsors.
Entries for the Heating Installer Awards close in February 2023
After entries close in February 2023, an expert judging panel will gather to mark the best entries from each region and specialist category. The panel will include technical specialists from each sponsor, as well as representatives from the independent professional body, CIPHE.
The marks from this process will determine the finalists from each region, as well as the shortlists for each specialist category. The overall winners will then be decided by a combination of judges’ scores, independently reviewed technical challenges, and a public vote.
Winners will be crowned at the Installer Show at the NEC
Each of the regional winners has a chance to be crowned the national Heating Installer Awards winner 2023. In addition, there are three special category winners:
- Rising Star – especially for the industry’s budding apprentices
- Sustainable Installer (North & South) – recognises those who are doing everything they can to minimise the impact of their work on the environment.
The overall winner will be announced at Installer Show 2023, held in the Birmingham NEC, where reigning champion John Cruickshank will hand over his crown.
