In the first initiative of its kind, The National Painting and Decorating Show is going virtual. This way everyone can keep right up to date with the very latest developments in products, application techniques and business ideas.
Postponement of the physical P&D Show 2020
Due to COVID-19 the physical show has regrettably been postponed to 23/24 November 2021.
Terry Dullaway, who heads up the show, explained: “Over recent months we have been closely monitoring the likely impact of COVID-19 on this year’s event. Social distancing restrictions, the continuing uncertainty concerning the future of mass gatherings, and the importance we place on the health and safety of exhibitors, visitors and our staff alike, have shaped our decision.
“We also felt that visitors – last year we had over 3500 – would be unable to enjoy the same level of interaction with exhibitors that the P&D Show is renowned for.”
What can you expect?
There is plenty of opportunity to stay abreast of everything innovative and profit-boosting by clicking on to the online show. Content will include podcasts, blogs, ‘how-to’ videos and a whole raft of exciting new product news as well as competitions and promotions.
Although we would prefer to demonstrate the power of our Big Wipes in person, you can always head over to our YouTube channel in the meantime. We will also be running an exciting competition, so keep your eyes peeled.
Terry added: “The six week event will be buzzing with show-only deals, free samples, how-to information, competitions and prize draws.
“Many of the biggest names and trade favourite brands in the decorating industry are taking part. Cumulatively, the are showing hundreds of products that are making the trade headlines. In fact, the list of participating exhibitors reads like a who’s who of the decorating market.”
