EICMA 2015 International Motorcycling Exhibition exceeded the expectations of motorcycle enthusiasts and the public at large. Big Wipes and our Italian Distributor, 3M SRL, were thrilled to be able to exhibit at this show. It was fantastic to experience the excitement and exhilarating atmosphere of the world’s most important two-wheel vehicle event.
What a ride EICMA was
Innovation, surprise and trends were found inside- and outside the tradefair grounds. Taking place as usual at Fiera Milano in Rho, Eicma 2015 lived up to their high standards of excellence. This was borne out by the presence of all the major brands, special areas (EICMA Custom, Safety Area), the MotoLive outdoor arena, the EICMA Store and the Temporary Bikers Shop.
With 1400 exhibitors catering for over 500 000 visitors, one could find veritable works of art. Above all, visitors experienced exquisite hand-crafted jewels, unique pieces, personalities of international standing and a Rock ‘n Roll atmosphere. Naturally, hundreds of motorbikes and bike accessories were on show. We have to admit that, for once, perhaps Big Wipes hand cleaning wipes weren’t the main attraction! Instead, for whatever peculiar reason, the beautiful Big Wipes Babes received much attention.
EICMA 2015 in the words of Antonello Montante
“EICMA is the richest, the most interesting and the most widely appreciated event in the universe of motorcycling. It is an extraordinary opportunity to celebrate a sector that has always had a leading role in the national economic system. Furthermore, it has contributed in making the name of our country famous and authoritative abroad”, points out EICMA Chairman, Antonello Montante.
“This year’s show marks the onset of a new era for the International Motorcycling Exhibition. In fact, it has set new long-term goals for itself. Importantly, the show provides maximum support to the companies that operate at international level or have just begun making their way into foreign markets. EICMA can and must trigger virtuous circles to support the recovery of an industry which has the potential to play a pivotal role in the growth of the country’s economy, as it did in the past. The data for this edition sees an increase in the presence of foreign companies. They actually account for 60% of the exhibitors. This is a clear sign that we are moving in the right direction”, Mr Montante concluded.
