For the sixth year in a row, Big Wipes exhibited at one of the most popular exhibitions in Denmark, the Carl Ras Trade Fair. As has become tradition, it took place in Brondby Hallen, Copenhagen.
Barrow loads of Big Wipes
The Carl Ras Trade Fair has been a tradition for 20 years and gets bigger and better every year. 14 0000 people visited the 72 exhibiting companies during the four days in September. Tradespeople, merchants and DIY enthusiasts attended and as per usual, the Big Wipes stand was swamped with keen buyers.
Our distributor Scanlico reported that Big Wipes sales figures doubled as compared to last year. This was evident when one tradesman after another filled their wheelbarrows with tub after tub of our Big Wipes 4×4 industrial hand cleaning wipes and bottles of Big Wipes Power Spray.

Steen Demskov, Marketing Manager at Carl Ras, concluded: “We have listened to our customers’ desire for more space in the hall and corridors. Therefore, we expanded by 350 m2 and built a platform all around the hall. That meant that the Carl Ras Trade Fair was on 2 levels. The new initiative provided unique opportunities to do product demonstrations, create themes and environments, organise competitions and present news. For the customer, this provided an opportunity for greater focus and deliberation about the individual suppliers’ products and product demonstrations.”
